actually, i've needed some new computer equipment since i hooked my tivo into the home network, so i used the cash i got to buy a new dvd burner and a 2gb flashdrive. (my wife's right: i am a geek.) that way i can transfer the shows i'm recapping to the thumbdrive and write my recaps at lunch, so instead of writing till 2 or 3 in the morning i can be looking at porn.

and i got a cool wireless outdoor speaker, a new shirt, the new cd by wolfmother and a new beer cooler. plus two horror dvd sets. mostly old movies, but still some classics that no collection should be without.

That second sentence - the only thing I understood was "porn". I think having that quality time with yourself is so important.

What horror dvd sets did you get? Old Lon Chaney Wolfman? The Bela as Dracula series? Exorcist trilogy? I would like to know "What no colletion should be without." I am in the process of converting my Video collection to a DVD collection although I am not sure why I bother since there is bound to be a new form of storage out any day now...

thanks guys! I can't believe I even typed anything legibly last night but I'm awake and kicking the hangover with coffee now.:D

I have to telll you guys a story from last night. We went to see an improv comedy show, so they let the audience write down lines of dialogue to use in a sketch and they picked six out of a bucket to use. They picked my line which was- "Bye bye bitches!". SO FUNNY b/c only me and my friens (and fellow BB fans) got why I wrote it, but the guys used it effectively to end the sketch.:tongue_smilie:

So far I got LOTS of Steelers stuff for presents plus gift cards to Blockbuster and Panera and clothes that say "cheeky monkey" on them. I love presents! Tonight I'm going out to sing karaoke after the TAR premiere. Even on my 40th birthday, my TV priorities stay strong!:happybday:
