What to say? Martin and Frank are both clowns.
Definitely the right decision in the end, although I would have been interested in seeing some more antics from Martin.
Very impressed with Ivanka......

Can't stand Ivanka! When she was saying "I just don't see him working with us at one of our towers" or whatever, she talked as if she had been in the trenches for years building the trump brand. Was she not lined up to inherit a good part of Daddy's fortune, I am not sure she would be any more qualified to perform any of these tasks than the contestants.
That being said, don't forget to check out my Trump Stalking Maps.

I think Ivanka is endlessly hilarious. She's just like her dad. It's fantastic to watch her talk.
What's-her-name, Heidi, the winning project manager, is so egotistical. Every time anyone mentioned their team winning, she just sat over in her leather chair, nodding, like she's the best Apprentice ever. I love how she thought she could manipulate the Donald into firing a good person. She would have been golden had Frank and Martin stayed around, though. But I have a feeling Frank is going to grate on everyone's nerves after they all turned on him.
The beginning was mind-blowing. I forgot how great this show is, but I quickly remembered once Trump got in his convertible and talked to his baby on the phone. I wish they'd sit the baby in George's seat. I'm glad the show's turned into a family affair, though. The more Trumps, the better.

Well...i'm sure she knows a little about the business, considering that it is family and all.
Anyway, i've given her temporary residence in my sig :p
Just wait until Donald Jr. starts making his appearances, you'll be beggin' for more Ivanka. :D

Another hilarious moment I forgot about: Donald berating everyone from his window as they build the tent. Why don't they just scrap the boardroom and have everyone stand in the grass and he'll throw insults at them from three floors up?

And the one that should be fired will be shot with a poison dart. :sneaky2:

Damn, this was a good episode!
Am I the only one who thought Frank was either going to have a coronary or burst out crying? Unfortunately I think it hurt Martin more that he was so even-tempered than anything else. He wasn't Apprentice material, but apparently whining is now "having that fire." You should have whined, Martin!
I also have to say, we haven't seen enough of the contestants to get a good solid favourite going yet, but so far Heidi's in the lead for my cheering. I thought she did a great job in the boardroom of making it look like she belongs there. If she can do as well when she's inevitably sitting on the other side of the table, she has a good chance of going far unless she screws up very badly.
Interesting new twists...
The winning project manager stays in that position until they lose. A strong PM could be bad for other team members who may not get as good a chance of impressing the Donald.
The winning PM sits in on the boardroom. I like it, but on the other hand I miss everybody's favourite curmudgeon, George.
The tents. Wow, some of these people are fragile. It's camping, for crying out loud! People do it recreationally all the friggin' time! People also eat barbequed burgers all the time, yet it was made to look like they were choking down Big Brother Slop.
I miss Carolyn, but I think Ivanka's doing a fine job so far.

I wouldn't even call it camping, because they aren't in the woods. It's just sitting outside basically. :unsure2:
I'm really not a fan of all the begging and whining either. Especially when they are told to wait outside so Trump can talk to his hench people, and during that moment before they leave the boardroom they try and convince him some more (even though they will get that chance when they go back in).

Trump's current favorite, I believe, is the Olympic athlete. Although he may just be saying that because she could break him in half.
I agree about Frank, Tabby. I thought for SURE he was going to cry. It sounded for a moment like he already was just a little bit.
Does anyone else think Tim looks like Topher Grace? At times he looks exactly like him, but in the only picture I can find of him - the one on the official website - he doesn't. Maybe I'm just distracted by the giant, bulbous, red tip of his nose.

Martin made such a great first impression. "Can I had a hug too and I need to go to the restroom?" Maybe he should have started touching himself and doing a little dance like little boys do.
I thought Frank was to over the top in the boardroom. But the Donald did fire the right one.
I agree, CFG, I think Frank's plea at the end was pathetically over-the-top---the Donald practically had to tell him to shut up & leave so he could deliberate with the other judges.
As has been pointed out before about reality shows, the phrase 'at the end of the day' was used to the point of EXTINCTION on yesterday's show, I wonder if the contestants realized that that is how they were prefacing every single sentence? Both Martin & Frank did.

Was I the only one that thought Melania was trying to channel J-LO circa 2003? I need to find a pic of Melania from last night's show...But here is her inspiration:

I didn't watch it. I am boycotting "The Donald" right now b/c I think he's surpassed his cheesiness limit for me after the Rosie debacle.:bored:

What got to me were the canned baby noises! That was pitiful.

I totally agree with you zb but just couldn't help myself. It was craptastic.
The fake baby was pitiful, Melinia looked like a huge beautiful robot, and the Donald was full of himself.
What I can't understand is why these contestants do this? I can't see how humiliating youself on TV for Trump makes your resume look better.

If I had to work with Frank, they'd be finding random pieces of him all over town. Not only is he loud, overbearing, and whiny, but he looks like Rick Santorum's crazy younger brother.
That being said, hope he sticks around for awhile.

Donald Trump has apparently married a Real Doll (Google it, you'll thank me later).

Gah "at the end of the day" must DIE. I recoiled when Ivanka said then realized that she actually meant "at the end of the day." Wow.
Agreed w/wat everyone else said. Man I love this cheestastic show. And Ivanka has stolen my heart.
