I'm so glad Charlie didn't die!!!

It's like we'll have to wait til next week for that to happen!

I still say he's dying. Desmond says he pulls the switch in a room full of women, and lo and behold, we seem to have found the women to occupy that room.

Also, THE RETURN OF ROSE TONIGHT! I about lost my mind when I saw Sam Anderson and L. Scott Caldwell's names in the opening credits. Those two, Rousseau, Alex and Karl can be in every episode as far as I'm concerned. Love them all.

Can't wait for the season finale. Hope we see some serious action, maybe Jack will die, and I'd love to find out what really happened to Locke.

I wasn't paying attention during that part. Does that mean more hot women are in there?!? :w00t:

Oh, and once I saw Rose & Bernard on screen, you popped in my mind. I was like, this guy is totally gonna 'gasm over it.

Jack is still a dick. I love Desmond even more though, same for Alex.

Charlie was tolerable tonight, but he still needs to die.

After watching the preview for next week, it appears that the bombing plan fails...which kinda sucks.

Ok, if the whole point was to shut down that underwater station, why didn't they just cut the power cord that led them to it??

Also I thought that Desmond tricked charlie into believing he was going to die, when it was in fact desmond who had to go underwater and die.

Also what happened the first 5 minutes, cause I missed that.

CHARLIE MUST DIE. Seriously, putting all of my hatred of Charlie aside, it would just be cheap to let him live. All season long we've had to endure the anticipation of Desmond's vision, and then there was that whole episode about how he couldn't change his fate, and he was meant to get to the island, blah blah blah, and how things happen no matter what you try to do to stop them... so if they let Charlie live, they lose ALL credibility. Its just cheap. I was so scared for a moment, too, when I thought Charlie was actually gonna let Desmond go down there. Phew!

Jack is still a smug little bastard, I'm tired of his ass. OK, for the finale, I want Kate and Juliet to Die, Jack gets seriously injured, Locke dies, Sawyer and Sayid and Hurley break away from the Losties and start their own camp named "Camp Awesome". And Rousseau can be their special guest once in a while 'cause she's pretty cool too.

Claire and her stupid ass baby can go wherever they want, I really couldn't give two shits.

And the Others can all go to hell for all I care.. except for Hot Richard. He needs to break away and join Camp Awesome.

There is something going on between Jack and Ben. From the previews you see them talking at the radio tower. Could they have made some kind of deal?

When Charlie hit Desmond with the oar I was almost positive that evil Charlie was back and he was going to sabatoge the whole thing...

I thought it was cool that he left his ring for Aaron but that stupid Claire left it there.

.

I was wondering that too, found this screen cap that explains that it is the anchor to the shore and not the power cord.

Great screencap Paulie.

Great father-daughter moment when Ben returned the gun to Alex.

I absolutely LOVE the way Sayid stands up to Jack.

Desmond can't die....Penny's looking for him.

Charlie has to live happily ever after with Claire.

Glad to see Rose and Bernard too.... thought of Chris at home doing the happy dance.

Danielle is the most intriguing charactor on the show, hope they don't kill her off.

Locke's not dead.

 about Camp Awesome. I'd watch that spinoff. How about Claire & the baby get mysteriously lifted off of the ground by the helicopter fulfilling Desmond's vision..... and noone else gets rescued.

Did anyone else notice that Juliette 'lied' about the Looking Glass station?? She said Ben told her it had been abandoned, and totally set up Charlie & Desmond into going there? Or maybe Ben lied?? I guess that incident just threw me for a loop again about who's side she's really on.

I think Charlie is going to be MIA for a while & Desmond will go back & report his death, Claire etc will mourn but he'll be separated from the group for alot of next season.

This episode really surprised me. I don't like Charlie at all but I kept crying at all the sappy scenes, especially when Hurley came to the boat before Charlie and Desmond left. When Charlie said Hurley couldn't go because he was too big for the boat, I was like, "No! Don't let that be the last thing you say to Hurley!" I swear, I was a wreck during this episode and I actually want Charlie to die. Like I said, totally surprised. Maybe it's just PMS.

Okay, the hot chicks in the Looking Glass? Totally reminded me of Fem Bots from the Austin Powers movies.

Enjoyed the episode, its building up to the finale quite nicely.

Noticed another appearance by Sayid's girlfriend Nadia in Charlie's flashback, she was the one he saved from being mugged, she's becoming a bit like Jack's father in turning up in other people's flashbacks.

Below is the link to a website that gives screenshots of sort of intriguing moments from the episode and just random shot of things you might have missed.

Also--It's interesting that the Alice in Wonderland theme is continuing with "Looking glass" station and more rabbit references. I LOVE that book & cheesy movie (the 80's version with Sammy Davis Jr. Scott Baio and others) so thats one more reason to love this show !

YES!! everything i had been thinking!! (except for the part about Charlie...this is deffinitly his last season, spoilerfix said his contract wasnt renewed...but i suppose that could still be wrong)

Juliet just majorly bugs me...i tend to think she was telling the truth about Ben saying it was abandoned, but only b/c Ben is the kind of guy who would lie about something like that, and not b/c i have any faith in Juliet's honesty

and did Desmond actually say Charlie would flip the switch in a room full of women? b/c a) i dont remember women being mentioned and b) wouldnt it have been better to bring some sort of protection when goin into a group of armed women like that? (and by protection i mean guns, btw)

I watched it a second time and I heard no mention of women..... and everybody knows a gun won't work wet. It happens all the time on TV.

I still don't understand where all these guns are coming from. They were all locked up in the hatch and the hatch is gone. I can see, maybe, someone having a handgun but all these rifles and shotguns still around is just not right.

I had a thought that maybe the women in the underwater hatch were there to get away from the men because they didn't want to be a part of Ben's "Let's see if we can fix the pregnant women" experiement.

Or, maybe they're actually members of the Dharma Initiative. After all, you can't poison gas something that's underwater and maybe the Others didn't even know they were there.
