My favorite teams right now are Shane and Linette, Coral and Evan, and Derrick and Diem.

Speaking of Diem, so she has ovarian cancer? I heard that Shane said on the aftershow that Diem's a liar.

There's also a rumor she's gonna be in the next season of the challenge.

Right now, we like the same teams. The episode seemed so short, I really wish they were one hour long....i'm sure there is more than enough material they could use.

I agree Firecat- I remember on the first Gauntlet or Infreno they showed the elimination stand off (gauntlet or Inferno) every week along with the actual competition. It wasn't like "Ooooh, wait and see who get's eliminated NEXT WEEK". I think it's bunk, really. We get very little actual viewing time on this show (as well as all of the seasons- except for that first one I just mentioned). There is like five minutes focused on relations in the house, eight minutes on the competition, two minutes on deliberations and the rest is commercials. I think it is bullshit. And they film like all the time, I've heard. There must be so much good footage that is just wasted. Why don't they use it???? It drives me nuts.

I agree with you, Ryan (hottie avatar, btw). Those are definitely the teams to beat. I couldn't believe Diem telling Derrick about her health problems. He was obviously blown away by the whole thing. MTV Overdrive doesn't work on my Mac (why??) - will somebody please post what it says about Diem being a liar. I won't pass judgement (yet), but either lying about having ovarian cancer or accusing someone of lying about it are both pretty serious choices. Coral and Evan are so dominant, I can't see who would beat them. She is the queen of this show, hands down.

Shane didn't say Diem lied about ovarian cancer. He pretty much just said that she was being aloof, which might be because she didn't want to let everyone know about her alleged health problem.

I wish the shows were longer, too. There are just too much people there for us not to want it to be longer. Maybe there's a lot of boring stuff during some days that they can't make them all hour-long eps or maybe they just don't have the money to make it so.

I, too, like the same teams, but I also like Katie & Eric despite the fact that I doubt they'll shine in many, if any, of the events. I kind of hope that Coral & Evan don't keep winning (which is likely to be true considering we saw Coral on a stretcher). I just don't want them to get big heads (Coral's boobs are big enough! :p ). Plus, I'm not sure I like Evan much (I'm leaning pretty much towards indifference rather than dislike).

I think Evan's already getting a big head. After they won the challenge he said something about not even showing up or something like that.

Yeah, I remember him saying that, but I think he sounded more like he was playfully taunting rather than like Tina in the clip we see of her talking to someone about how she has Challenge experience. Evan seems like a very naïve guy who wants everyone to like him (like when he let Wes staple Danny's name to his butt and, in this past episode, he thought Wes would give him help on strategy).

Wes' arrogance in this episode was completely ridiculous - started reminding me of Abram. And Johanna's loooong ponytail makes her look about 12. Boo hoo, my boyfriend voted himself in to protect me, feel sorry for me. Gimme a break!

Evan is the frat boy who swallows a live goldfish just to get the attention. He and Coral are the perfect example, for me, of people you love to hate and miss when they're gone.

I think it was on overdrive, they showed a clip of wes and casey on exile....and casey is carrying the bags and wes shouts something like "hurry up you stupid bitch".....what an @sshole.

About Overdrive not working on Macs...according to my husband who is Mac Geek, Mtv is using Digital Rights Management software from Microsoft that they only make for windows. I hate them...I want my brain to turn to mush from Overdrive too. They have me hooked on the Real World since '93 and they're denyin' me my rights! I want my Mtv Overdrive damnit!!! :mad:

ya ryan i did look on a website that said she was gonna be on it... they said the next 1 will be called the duel...apparently josh and tyler from key west, and paula and i think svetlana from key west will be on it, some other pple, 3 boys and 3 gurls from freshmeat it said 2 of the freshmeat boys were evan and kenny i know for sure... but!... i dont really believe that that'll be a challenge
if so it will suck and i dont believe that guy anyway
