Well... what a diverse group of people. They're all so interesting. I can't wait to get to know and love/hate them all! I already like the Goth's. It'll be fun to see them in Singapore or a place like that. We have 2 blondes again, they really rallied in the end and came from last to sixth on the last challenge and it all came down to donkeys. That was the best part.

I hated the couple who got sent home so I'm really happy their donkey gave them trouble. If I had had to listen to Ari's voice for an entire season, I would have ripped my hair out.

i am so glad that those 2 got sent home! after about 20 minutes i was already hating them. loved the donkeys! and i actually like Kynt & Vyxsin and the Grandpa & Grandson team.

so glad to see Phil again! did we have any package sightings?

Damn CBS for putting this on Sunday evenings. Luckily I remembered to record Cold Case.

Love the Goths and the hippie couple. I was so glad that Ari got the boot. How annoying was that voice. Grrrrrrrrr

The stubborn donkeys...what a way to level the playing field.

I love the goths - I thought they would induce many eye rollings but they are not half bad. The grandpa kills me. I was so glad Ari is gone he was a poor mans Ross the intern.

Hmm, I guess the Goths were okay, but if "Oh my Goth" becomes a catch phrase throughout the whole race I will not be able to stand it!

Mrs. Bender normally hates to watch this show with me, but we were both yelling at the TV by the end, cheering for Ari's donkey to play like a statue and stand still. I was so happy they got booted.

I liked three of the family couples - Ronald & Christina (seriously - how cool was that 59-year old Asian man?), Azaria & Hendekea, and Nicolas & Donald. The Goths and the hippies were kind of cool, too. I hated the other dating couples - if I were Lorena, I'd strangle Jason. Ditto with Jennifer & Nathan.

How awesome was it that the 2 most annoying teams had the most trouble with their donkeys? Those donkeys are great judges of character, god bless them.

Great first episode, can't wait for more fun and thrills this season.

I'm so happy it's back! The AR music makes my heart flutter. Couldn't have been happier about Ari & Staella getting knocked out. Stupid arrogant snots don't deserve a place in my beloved Race.

I KNOW!! I LOVE when the music is playing and that one note goes "Dunhn!" just as the airplane is flying in the opening credits. I wait for that every week! I don't even rewind past it if I've had to tape the show for some reason. SO looking forward to the next episode!

It's still early. Nobody jumps out at me just yet. well besides the Goths. Whoever that dude was that was basically verbally abusing his girlfriend needs to fall off a cliff. The one who cheated. He was pissed because she couldn't keep up. He said something like"Any other girl could do it".
He would be at the bottom of a cliff.

I wanted to kill him, too. I kept half-expecting her to garotte him, Godfather-style, from the back seat. Mrs. Bender hates the other obnoxious boyfriend worse - the dark-haired guy who kept belittling his girlfriend and ignoring her when she was telling him to go the correct damn direction to the farm.

I love how these couples go on the show "to test their relationship" - when if they need to test it they should already have their answer. I loved watching couples like Kris & Jon thrive on the race, but there's nothing better than watching a couple meltdown and really realize the idiot they're dating is an abusive idiot.

I, too, was so glad those donkey-haters were the first eliminated. What assholes... She was like "I am pulling him with EVERY MUSCLE IN MY BODY"!! Fucking bitch!!! Does she not realize that donkeys feel pain. No wonder he wouldn't work with her! That really did upset me.
I think Chris and her dad (don't remember his name- the asian father and daughter) are my fav's so far. I loved how gentle they were with thier donkey and they seemed like good people to me.
I'm glad it's back!!

Wow at TV guide website it says they were pulling for six or seven hours. My sympathy grows for them. NOT!

grrr...poor donkeys. I'd balk too, if I had Ari whining at me (or Nathan screaming at me) for 7 hours straight.

I would have pulling on their donky donks... that would have gotten them moving.... and it would not have been as abusive as screaming at the poor thing....although I loved it when the mule/donkey screamed back...
