I was watching VH1 and a preview for Rock of Love 2 (I didn't even watch the first season) came on and I kept thinking, "Damn, one of those whore-testants looks REALLY familiar!" and after much soul searching, it came to me...Megan, the co-winner of season 3's Beauty and the Geek (along with her partner Scooter), is apparently amongst the ho-pefuls trying to win Brett Michael's syphilis, er, heart. I thought it was pretty weird, and also sad, that I figured that out.
