Bryant Park Shows (spoilers ahead)

Hey guys--the designers showed yesterday (2-8) at Bryant Park during Fashion Week. They let all 5 of the remaining folks show a collection so as not to give away who is yet to be eliminated. Next week's preview has already stated that two are going, so two of the shows were decoys. Blogging Project Runway (http://bloggingprojectrunway.blogspot.com/) has pictures of all 5 collections. Interestingly, Bianca from ANTM cycle 9 was in Chris' show and Jaslene was in Jillian's!

I really liked Jillian's collection, and Christian's was, well, theatrical. I think based on how the clothes looked that Chris' and Rami's may have been decoys, but what do I know? Definitely NOT impressed with Rami's at all, it looked like the worst in my opinion. Of course if I had seen all the collections that showed last year, I would have picked Michael's as a decoy (and he was my fave all season, but we all know he sucked hard core at the end!)

I think Sweet P and Chris had two of the best collections, not a big fan of Christian.s. Rami.s actually had some that I liked...this is hard! I think Chris goes home, though...

I liked Chris' the best. Christian managed to make all his models look fat. I like one or two of Rami's, none of Jillian's and a few of Sweet P's. I hope the final three were Chris, Sweet P and ... well, I don't care who else. Those two are my faves after seeing their designs. Thanks for the link, rach!

I also think Chris's collection was the best. I t was colorful and wearable..... what the hell was Christian thinking about.... I keep looking at that one outfit and wondering if she's coming or going, I can't find a face!! That final gown of his was just plain awful!!!!

Poor Sweet Pea.... I'm sorry.... her clothes and colors are gawd ugly. .... and talk about making someone look Hippy and I don't mean "peace out" hippie, but blown out hips!!!

Why do designer try to be so edgy and thinking out of the box as they say in fashion that they design something that absolutely no one will wear!!!!

As much as I try to resist the sirens' call of spoilers, I never fail to break down. Found an interesting article (complete with slideshows) about the 5 finalists that showed at Fashion Week. Nobody is sure how many decoy collections there were, so it could be a final 3 or 4. Victoria Beckham was the guest judge.

Christian's collection was FIERCE!! I liked it but I wasn't surprised...it looked a lot like what he has been designing all season. Rami's collection doesn't look bad (I feel like I need to duck after that statment) and Jillian's is really cool too.

Loved Christian's collection. I thought the workmanship was amazing. He is one talented kid. I could totally see some of that coming down the runway in Paris. I don't think anyone else was even close.

My little biotch made me proud.
