First week of double dancing and Cristian cramps up doing the Samba. It was his second dance of the night and he really tried to get thru it. His Waltz was beautiful. He is one of my favorites and I hope he's still in it after this. Shannon's Mambo sucked IMO, but the judges thought she was doing much better. Kristy finally got some harsh words for both her Waltz and her Cha-cha. Len was not happy with the showboating. Marissa is still hyper as all hell but she is really dancing on a whole new level now. Mario did a great Mambo and I LOVED Jason's Quick Step. (of course it is my favorite dance) I wasn't crazy about his Paso Doble though. It's getting down to the best now and I like them all basically, but if anyone goes home, it should be Shannon.

OW! Poor Christian.

I thought they were overly harsh with Kristy, it wasn't that bad and hell if she is better, more power to her.

Marissa has improved so much. She's not all arms and legs now.

Jason was great in the quick step and it's amazing he can move that well considering his size. The Paso Doble was just awful and i agree he "posed" too much throughout.

The other dances were just not memorable.

I am looking for the bottom two to be Mario and Shannon.

Kristy had a bad night, hopefully she doesn't get eliminated for one bad one.

So how many of you think that last night's results are a direct result of the tantrum that Shannon and Derek threw last week after they got their scores?

No, they had the tantrum last week before the voting and stayed. I think they left because she just doesn't dance as well as the others and it showed.

I'm very happy to see that Cristian didn't get the boot and is going to stay even with his injury. Athletes do it all the time. It might be his downfall tho. If he can't do the dances, it will show.

There was another tantrum (the extended version maybe) that was shown during the results show. When they're doing that whole "backstage confessional" thing? The one I saw was when Shannon was sitting next to Derek with a box of kleenex whining and Derek was ranting about the judges giving 9's and 10's to couples who didn't deserve them.

But I agree, she's nowhere near as good as the other dancers, so no matter the reason, the results were justified.

I'm impressed that Cristian is going to try to continue dancing - I just hope that he doesn't make the injury worse. That's GOTTA hurt.... poor guy!
