OMG I was on the verge of tears a few times. Especially the 2 teens with the brain tumor that were so in love. Wow...they got me good.

YES! that was when i was all teary as well. I dont even care how ridiculous the story line was - they would never let 2 sick patients get it on before surgery! - i loved every moment! and Alex & Izzy at the end. i felt so bad for him. I'll make out with you Alex!!!

I thought the whole Alex/Izzy thing was a little creepy. Like, I'm sad so will you sleep with me? Creep.

he need some pity sex damnit! i agree it was slightly creepy BUT Alex is hot so i would make out with him.

and i like how Izzy's hair was styled this epsiode with the slight curl.... random i know but i thought ya'll shoud know

I forget to watch this episodes but after watching this http://greys-anatomy.download-tvshows.com/content/season-5 here, i think the tv shows owners thinks that with tears we can get TRP.
