bwahahahaha- I was so happy that Kara and Jaime, after being total assholes on their race around the world, got the rug pulled out from under them. You know they were just waiting to hear what they won when Phil handed them another clue! I hope they make it all the way to the final and come in 3rd place, so that way they'll feel like they got nothing out of the race. Most people would be grateful for the experience, but I think that would just make them bitter.

I thought it was sort of odd that they were going to the pit stop so soon, since the roadblocks were so quick this time. I'm glad that Kisha and Jen get another chance, though, since poor Jen was obviously in fear for her life, and still managed to finish, and since Kisha was so sweet about it. I can't wait to see their joy when Phil tells them the leg isn't finished yet!!

This episode was everything that is great about this show. There was no distinctive leader. The sisters totally bonded, it was really cute when Kisha said she was going to wear the life jacket as well so Jen did not feel so funny. There was a nice bit of karma when Cara and Jaime got shot down at the non-pit stop. I really hope those two get eliminated next episode. They don't deserve to come in 3rd, they need to be there clapping for the top three.

Personally, I think the finishing order should be Jen/Kisha (just because of this episode), Tammy/Victor, Luke and his bitch who does EVERYTHING for him, and Cara/Jaime. Yes, I do not like Luke and his mom. He has done nothing this entire race and was totally at fault in the whole pushing-gate.

I also got a kick out of this episode - it seemed like finally this season is picking up steam.

And speaking of karma (good thread name here4beer), did anyone else catch that after the foot massage, none of the taxis knew where the natatorium was? Jaime/Cara then started following Tammy/Victor who kept asking (in Chinese) various cabbies if they knew where the natatorium was, and when Tammy/Victor finally found one, Jaime Cara totally pushed them out of the way saying "I was here first!"

They would still be out in front of the foot massage mall, yelling at cabbies (because Jamie knows, that the more you yell, the better service you get) if it wasn't for Tammy/Victor. Tammy/Victor were actually pretty calm about the whole deal - in fact, they are starting to grow on me. I liked Tammy holding Luke's hand during the "massage" challenge. Imagine that (Jamie/Cara, Jen/Kisha), a little personal empathy for your fellow racers.

While I felt bad for Jen/Kisha at the swimming pool, any sympathy couldn't make up for their conduct at the airport - "why can't all Chinese speak english" and speaking in a a pretty offensive Asian caricature of pidgin english. Way to reinforce that ugly American stereotype girls! (and I mean you too, Jaime/Cara).

I know that we've talked about it before, but once again, why don't these contestants actually prepare for this race? Except for Tammy (who learned to drive a stick and took swimming lessons), they all KNOW that there are going to be some water challenges!

Next week, my favorite - the "we have to eat THAT!???" challenge! Should be good!

Don't forget "....they all look alike."

Go Tammy & Victor!

Next week, nasty eating challenge! It's about time.

 How did I miss this?

I guess I have to root against Kisha and Jen, now, too then. sigh...

I can't belive Luke pushed one of the girls again when they were running for the clue box. Even if it was just his momentum and that is how they collided so be it, but I think that is what happened last week at the first clue box. I was thinking, though, oh great we are going to have a repeat of last week. But the girls just let it go, which is more than I can say for Margie & Luke.

I was also glad that Jamie & Cara were in first place but instead of being told they were 1st were given another clue. :tonguewag:

Is next week going to be the 3rd leg in China? That seems like a lot of tasks for one country...and even though Victor & Tammy are in 3rd for now...it just seems like a huge advanatge for them. But then again I am rooting for them to win right now, so I guess I shouldn't care. :D

It was surprising that out of 8 people, only Jamie & Cara and Margie knew how to swim.

I hope the final 4 are (in this order) Margie & Luke, Victor & Tammy, Jen & Kisha, and finally the beautiful cheerleaders that are ugly on the inside.

It looked like to me that the only ones who really had trouble swimming were Kisha and Jen. Tammy and Victor didn't want to swim, but they were okay at it.
