Whose been watching the new season? I'm really loving it.

I am, but I think I'm too old for this show anymore. I don't get these people at all, and the only one I even marginally like is the punk rock kid. I especially hate Emilee, because her name is spelled very stupidly and she let her anger over absolutely nothing keep her from having the experience of a lifetime swimming with dolphins, ziplining, and a bunch of other really cool stuff. What an idiot... who does that?

The only season I've liked in a long time was the Hollywood season, because it was more like a throwback to the original RW: NY. Cancun just seems like more of the same drunken fights/ hooking up BS, but I'm hoping things will change once they start working.

Anyone else watching?

I'm watching, but it is a bit taxing. I like the rocker kid, he's pretty cool. Agreed about Emileeee, what about Aiiyeeaaiia or whatever her name is? Why do parents do that?

If there's not some interesting story line this week, it might be my last week watching. This group is just not interesting.

OMG, how could I not mention this? I'm with you, shanti- what kind of name is Ayiiiiia?? There's not even any consonants!! I was thinking that this maybe wasn't her real name, it was just the name she used online (she was the internet winner, right?) and so it stuck. At least, I hope so, because otherwise her parents need their asses kicked.

Give that punk Joey the boot. Seriously, the easiest job in the world and the dude flakes? Jonna's boyfriend is getting played but damn, homeboy needs to grow a pair.

I feel bad for Jonna's boyfriend, but his continual bitching/ whining about it is going to become a self-fulfilling prophecy because it's annoying as hell.

Joey is trying way too hard IMO with his "I have a real problem with authority" thing. How punk rawk of you, dude. (*yawn*)

Is it just me, or is this group especially unlikable (is unlikable a word?!)? Ayiiiiiiieeeeaaaa is batshit crazy, but not in the good way. I used to like Joey, but he sort of lost me somehow. I kind of like Bronne because he's such a spaz, but I also sort of hate him because he's such a spaz. It's a real dilemma.

I bet they wouldn't have sent him home if he had acted the least bit contrite EITHER time he messed up. What a jerk. I was surprised they sent him home, though, and with very little fanfare. I wonder if they'll replace him. (Or maybe this is why they started having 8 roommates? casualty insurance... haha)

Jonna is an asshole. I'll bet anyone 1000 imaginary bucks she hooks up with Pat.

I was cringing at el shorty (I forget her name!) throwing herself at Pat non-stop. Someone should have had the courage and sympathy to tell the poor girl "He's just not into you. Get over it."

Agreed (with everything!). Joey was an unbelieveable douche. I hope I start to like Bronne more now. I feel like his love for Joey was bringing him down in my eyes. I feel so bad for Jasmine...Pat is fug and would be lucky to have any action with her. Jonna is redic, but I think her actions stem from female insecurities. Looking back, I am afraid I had some of those characteristics when I was 19 (and I'm only 23 now...change happens fast).

What season was it where they lost two people? I think they replaced the first, but not the second because it was close to the end of the show anyway. I don't know how far along we are in this season, but I think that probably has the biggest impact on whether we get a new roommate in the house!
