I was lucky enough today to get put on the media list for Emmett Mcarthy's show at his boutique in Nolita on Saturday. This means I will get to have a short interview with season 2's Emmett, and hopefully Tim and some of the other designers.

Seeing as how I turn from acerbic, too cool for school blogger into a pathetic starf*cker at the barest sight of even the tiniest celebrity presence, I figured I'd turn to you, the TVgasm fanbase extroadinare for help.

Got any questions for Emmett Mcarthy? Or Tim, if I can get to him, or Alison, Chloe, Kara and Nick? i figured the usual "how has PR changed your life?" crap question has been asked and answered a million times.

way to go, EdHill! i'm jealous. Well, for starters, you can ask Emmett why he never considered the possibility of having to design for women on a show such as PR, ask Chloe what ugly couch did she draw her inspiration from, ask Alison where she gets her mesmerizing accent from, ask Kara why she couldn't have made her kimono dress for the show instead of that awful 'DANE-JUH, NO TRAYS-PASSING' outfit that she did, and you can ask Nick why his Barbie outfit dsn't look a thing like his design! Just some ideas.

No, i don't have any real questions, but looking forward to your brilliant recap about the experience, have a great time!!!

Emmett - Do you still have the pink ice skater top and do you occasionally put it on?

Tim - Where's Andre?

For Tim: Does PR take any suggestions for the next season? If so, don't bring back auf'ed people unless it is the views that vote the auf'ed people back. (I know that isn't going to happen). And as a substitute suggestion, they should keep the everyday challenge but use actual models so it is more of an even playing field that the Moms/Sisters were.

For Emmet: Why get out of mens into women's fashion espcially on a show that requires you to sew, which you hadn't had experience with and you knew you would be under tight deadlines?

HB That is too funny. I actually have a picture of Tim and Andre that I printed out and it is tacked to my cube wall. When your day is going in the crapper just looking at that and hearing either Tim or Santino's version will get me to crack a smile.:)

Wow this is so exciting- I have wanted to go to his store ever since I heard it opened, he features alot of the other designers stuff---but questions....maybe something about retail--does he still design or just show clothes now? nope- can't think of anything yet.

those are good one, wendy---it reminds me of something that was mentioned on the PR thread (maybe you said it?) about how the judges should not be allowed to see who made what so as not to be prejudiced by their like/dislike of a contestant? I think that would be a great idea.

EdHill---it's probably already been asked elsewhere, but maybe you could ask the designers questions things like 'did you agree with your portrayal on the show or do you feel that the material was edited out of context to cast contestants in different roles? Would you recommend this experience to up & coming designers? Have you received more interest in your work (I'm thinking of Alison with this question---I know the others certainly have---& it's fairly obvious that they prolly have/will, but I'm curious to know how far their exposure on PR has taken them). You could ask them who they enjoyed working with the most, or which remaining contestant theyre rooting for (tho I heard Alison say on her exit video that she'd root for Jeffrey). Or maybe something about the judges? Did you ever dread presenting in front of a particular judge?

I think today was your visit to the tents w/ OD-TV, hope you guys have a great time & that you can tell us how cool it was!

Tell Emmett that you are the FORMER lover of a beautiful goddess that would love nothing more than to have a pattern of the dress he designed for Barbie. I have coveted that thing since the day the show aired. Daily I kick myself that I didn't know about the PR auctions. That mofo went for like $140. A true bargain.

Emmett was a douche so I didnt even bother getting a picture. Tim on the other hand, couldn't have been nicer.
