TV show Drinking Games

[Hardly@Work]

I have noticed that many of us enjoy a drink (or 2 or 10) while watching our favorite shows. While I am not a fan of huge long lists of times I have to drink, I do enjoy having a few things to look out for.

For example: tonight I plan on drinking every time Michael says: Walt, my boy, or my son. Two drinks if he screams it. And for Top Chef: (got this one from another TVgasmer) every time Dave cries.

Any other suggestions?

He once heard that some college-going 24 fans had developed a drinking game in which you have to down one shot for every time Jack Bauer says, "Damn it," which is the show's "fuck" and "shit" substitute. So during one episode, in one scene, he took it upon himself to say "Damn it" three times in a row, "Boom, boom, boom. And that was just one scene. By the end, there had to be fourteen 'Damn its.' And I could just see all these college kids going, 'Oh, fuck!' "

I was watching old "Friends" reruns today and I could not believe how many times someone said, "You know what?" especially Monica. If I had had beer in front of me, I'da been drunk.

I'm not a drinker, but I have noticed that if you like drinking games, having a swig during ever instance of product placement on Treasure Hunters would be a good liver killer. :)

Me and my friend came up with a drinking game, though it's to do with a movie, not TV.

Does anyone remember the 1992 movie Medicine Man? No? Well, it had Sean Connery (with a PONYTAIL... weird!) and Lorraine Brocco (the therapist from The Sopranos)

Now, basically in the movie, Lorraine would yell most of her lines which ended up sounding pretty hilarious. So during one of the prom after-parties I went to, me and my friend decided that a wonderful drinking game would be to watch the movie and take a shot whenever Lorraine yelled one of her lines. Sadly, we didn't have a copy of the tape. We decided to do it over the summer, so i'll tell ya'll how that works out, haha
