Was is me, or does anyone think Joey's eyebrows are getting spookier? Maybe even Spockier? He's my fav, but I can't look at those brows.
Vivica Fox's wig looked like an Esther Williams swim cap. Harry Hamlin looks like the walking, I mean dancing, dead. Poor Mario, scolded two weeks in a row!

Was it wrong that I was so turned on by the professional dancers bodies? Those ladies backs were magnificent. I told my hubby, and he liked where I was going with it. :infatuated2:

I usually don't watch this show, but I had it on last night & caught Sara Evans, Mario, Joey, and Vivica. Now I'm a little bit sucked in. I was very entertained by how Mario looked as though he was about to go postal on the judges asses-they better sweep him twice with the metal detector when gets to the studio. In contrast, Joey pretty much got the same criticisms and he took it very well, much more of a professional attitude than Mario.

Joey's eyebrows freak me out too. Way over-sculpted. But I'm still attracted to him in an odd way...he's one of those guys that would go in the "Who would you do if no one would find out" thread. Whoa!

I agree may1, I wish I had the bod of any of those dancers! And also the ability to dance much less walk in heels as gracefully as they do!

My husband kept asking me who Joey Lawrence was...and I kept telling him "You'd know him if he had his old hair on, trust me"...and he kept insisting that he didn't know who JL was...I finally went online and pulled up some old online pics of JL and my husband was like "Ohhhhhh, okay, now I remember him". He just looks so different without the hair!

Anyway, I continue to have problems with this rating system on this show, because there's no way that Jerry's score should have been anywhere near the same as Willa's score (and I don't even like her!)...it's just difficult to compare the abilities and styles against one another.

Mario and Joey (and their partners) deserved to be slapped on the wrist if they deliberately inserted moves into their dances just to try and win over the audience & make things more 'entertaining'. IMO. That said, those boys can dance!!! I just like Joey (and Edyta) more than I like Mario (and his partner, whatshername?)...though I'm inclined to give a slight edge to Mario with the dancing/performing. I'd still vote for Joey.

Next to them, I continue to like Vivica a lot. I didn't think last night was her best performance, but it was good/strong. And I can't help finding her endearing, God help me!

I was surprised by the judges gushing over Sara though, because I honestly just think she has no 'punch' to her dancing, and it's just a meandering from one move to the next. Very slow and rather boring.

Kym (Jerry's partner) seems fairly cross-eyed, has anyone else noticed that?

My son was watching with me last night (he's 13, FWIW) and he turned to me at one point and said "What's with the lousy music?"

I thought Emmitt was good last night and not so good his first two dances. I never agree with the judges on these things.

When it comes down to it, its all a popularity contest anyway. Whatever the judges say doesn't really matter if the celebrity has a big fan base. That explains why Jerry is still there, and why Master P went as far as he did last time. Sometimes the judges comments get the voters ire up if they don't agree, and they vote more than they would have.

Hi- I'm a blogger on MediaVillage and am following "Dancing with the Stars" and was wondering if any of you had an ideas about what you like to read about the show. Critiques of the episodes? Behind the scenes info? Technical info about the week's particular dance? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I felt badly for Harry last night, he was clearly so devastated to be voted off this early in the season...a shame, really, because I think that Jerry wouldn't have minded much at all if it had been him/Kym. Ah, well.

That operaesque number that they performed last night was pretty incredible. Initially, I wasn't liking it...but then I got sucked in & couldn't take my eyes off of the screen! It was like a cross between Riverdance and the scene in White Christmas ("Choreography") :p But I liked it...

Vivica and Nick danced even BETTER last night, IMO. Really excellent.

I thought it was good that they took the time to really address the 'controversy' from the night before's show, but I'm not sure they fully did. I guess I still don't understand why some of the lifts were okay, and others weren't. But, whatever! It's fun to watch :)

Call me cheesy but I liked Harry and was sorry to see him go.

I guess I'm in the minority cheering the fact that the morose Harry was gone. I thought he was too stiff, made creepy faces  , and looked dead half the time. I did feel bad for Ashley. She tried so hard.
