No big surprises last night, huh? We knew about the merge from the previews and I don't think Cecilia leaving was shocking.

I'm really starting to dislike Ozzy but I sure don't mind looking at him. He's a cutie.

Did anyone else think that, during the big merge ceremony, it it sounded like Jeff kept calling Parvati "Poverty"? And doesn't she seem super dumb and ditzy? Like a stereotypical sorority girl who only knows how to shop and look pretty? But I just looked at her bio at CBS and I was impressed.

I loved Yul during the water race thing, especially at the end when he tried to fend off the attackers. Oh, who am I kidding? I love Yul all the time! He's yummy!

Is it too early to try to predict who's going to win? I think Yul and Jonathan will go far -- maybe final two.

Can someone please explain to me how Sundra ended up being the only black person in one of the tribes? I thought they were keeping it all even?!? I'm so confused.

Also, Yul told Becky that he would use the immunity idol (dumb of him to tell her about it) to save her if need be, but the way Jeff sounded at tribal council he can only use it to save himself. Is that right?

Yeah, I thought that was weird, too. But I think it happened because her team was down one player to begin with and then they had men picking men and women picking women. Poor Sundra... she's the only one who didn't have someone else from her tribe with her.

That was the impression I got, too. I wish they would put the rules to these reality shows on their websites. Big Brother had me thoroughly confused many times!

He said "if someone is in possession of the idol" without any stipulations as to who may or may not have found it. Yul could have handed it off to Becky if he chose to - though I don't think he would have been so stupid as to do that.

I think Flicka has the market cornered on stupid, anyway.

So - why didn't the red team stop, turn around and protect Cowboy (as the weakest link in their chain at that time)...why did the front two guys keep walking as there was NO WAY they were going to get away from the Blue team.

My wife went to Chico St., which is where Flicka claims she is from. It was fun spending the entire evening last night telling the wife "you must be so proud." What a moron she is (Flicka, not my wife)!

I actually kinda like Flicka, but after last night, I'm thoroughly unimpressed with her and Cao Boi. Especially Flicka, who showed signs of not being controlled by Jonathon, then went on to be completely controlled by him.
I like Becky, but if Flicka and Cao Boi were smart, she would have been the one going home.

Flicka looks like a younger "Alex" from ER- you know, Dr. Green's wife.

Ozzy and Flicka both sounded like blabbering idiots at TC.

Yul is my favorite so far. I agree that Becky is gonna pull him down at some point.

How could you not like Yul? He seems so sweet and righteous and i figured he would tell Becky about finding the idol, but he better save it to use on himself b/c he'll have a HUGE target on his back in the merge. I don't know how much of the convincing of Flicka and Cao Boi was edited out, but I really thought Becky was going home last night. In a numbers game, you need to stay on top and sending Becky home wiould have guaranteed 5 against 3 in the future of that tribe. So far, they are sticking with their own previous ethnic allies anyways and Flicka and Cao Boi should know that they're on the outside of that alliance. Whatever they said to them must have been good. I also didn't like the fact that the girls dropped out so fast in the challenge. It was only 15 lbs. chrissakes! They couldn't carry it a liitle longer? shifting the burden to the men just tired them out faster and lead to their loss. The girls should have tried to stick it out until they could go no longer.

I laughed when Cecilia asked Candace about Billy's love fantasy. I thought her reaction was kind of weird, but maybe she was just freaked out or confused about it. If someone had told me that story, I'd have been like WTF:eek:

The older white guy (Jonathan?) is bugging me. Not sure why, but I don't like him.

The Chicken Stealer (Jonathan) was aghast that Flicka wouldn't just fall in line with him and do as he dictated. Something tells me he is the "you are either with me or agin me" type of guy. I see him and Ozzie having some Alpha Male issues.
