The past few episodes have been kind of "meh"....but tonight was pretty good.
So what will that mental chick do with the money?!?
I agree, I like this episode better than the 1st two. I ddn't even mind that they brought back dead Denny in the voiceover! I never cared for that storyline very much (don't hate me, all you Denny lovers!) but I did like the twist at the end whn Izzie is listening to his message---could you imagine hearing a loved one's message like that, after they've died? Cool. Have no idea what she'll do w/all that money---maybe try to hunt down the kid she gave up for adoption? Another poster speculated that the kid w/superpwrs in last wk's epis. might be hers.
I liked Finn the Vet but he was such a doormat, I'm happy to see him move onto greener pastures. Only thing is now we're back to Square 1, w/ McDreamy & Mer pining for ea. other, yet doing no'in abt it. whatever.
Callie & McSteamy, who'd a thunk it! wait til George finds out. He ddn't reach his usual annoying levels in ths epis. Cristina & Burke, OK story, getting a li'l tiresome, just want him to come back already.

Yeah I want Burke to come back and reclaim his strength over her. Cristina has him whipped and that's not how we grew to like this couple.
I am SO sick of Merideth and McDreamy. She should have chosen Finn but the whole story line was dumb because we all know Merideth is the clingy type, she's not the type who would get to choose in real life.
Callie and McSteamy was an interesting twist. She didn't waste any time, did she?

I agree Tink. Callie should stay with McSteamy. Who moves backwards instead of forward. Oh yeah, Meredith does.
Izzie may go looking for her daughter, or start a charity/hosp. wing or something in Denny's name?
Burke needs to grow a pair.
Miranda's wigs are getting worse.
That guy catching on fire was disturbing. Should have been a PSA for smokers on oxygen.

OOH yeah - I almost forgot about him. That was shockingggg.... I loved Bailey's bedside with him though. Showed McEgo a thing or two.

i missed the previews for next week...does it show that callie and mcsteamy went back to their hotel room together? mcsteamy doesnt waste any time moving from one doc to another. can we pls get someone on this show in a romantic relationship with one of them that isnt a doctor????

The money at the end was a nice twist. Did anyone else notice that Izzy has been wearing that hideous sweater she made denny for weeks now? Gettin kinda gross now.
I understand the listening to the message. I heard a message of my mom once and it was actually kind of creepy.
Finally Mer and Mcdreamy can realize that without any drama in their relationship they won't last.
I love this show!

The charity thing makes a lot of sense. Or some sort of free clinic at the hospital? Didn't the producers or writers or someone say that Izzie isn't going to return to the hospital as a doctor, implying that she will be returning in some capacity?

I didn't hear that jampony, but it's a good theory.
I don't like the McSteamy/Callie hookup. Didn't she say how much she loves George? It makes her seem too slutty to just go off and try to get laid b/c she's mad at him (even if it IS with the swoon-worthy surgeon). I wish Addison would get over it and hit that shit again though. Derek was an asshole to her, why shouldn't she be able to continue seeing Mark if she likes him? Why would Derek make the decision to let Mer go after a 5 min convo with the chief after all he went through to convince himself he loved her and left his wife over her? The chief's situation with Ellis was different b/c they were both married at the time. It's just a way to continue more drama between Der and Mer. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.
The smoking thing bothered me too b/c I think they did it purely for the shock value of seeing his face catch on fire. Everyone knows you can't have an open flame around oxygen. There's a big FLAMMABLE sticker on every tank!

Not to mention that fact that nobody smokes in hospitals any more. Who in his right mind would think it's okay to light up there? And to be honest, I thought the special effects were crappy and took away from the shock value. If you're gonna do it, do it right. Like last season's pink mist episode. That was well done.

I wasn't all that surprised by the McSteamy/Callie hook-up. She strikes me as the slutty type. I mean she peed in front of Izzie and Meredith with nothing on but her panties, she dropped her towel with no shame in front of Meredith, she was not shy about letting George know she wanted a piece of him. A woman scorned . . . yadda yadda . . . plus hot doctor or George? Uuumm hot doctor!!!
AngelVenom, don't forget how Callie danced in her underwear in front of her boss. She didn't even dive under the bed or something.

Okay . . . the drag on with McDreamy and Mer is enough. let them be together or dont. I can't believe he just left her hanging like that. I sat there after the show was over with my mouth hanging open.

Do you think he reacted or didn't react the way he did in the elevator, because he was still shell shocked from what she-shepard told him?

I thought the baby in this episode was SO cute!
Izzie is seriously annoying now. She gets too much screen time for no good reason.

I think it was due to the shell shock thing cause he was almost in tears by the looks of it. Still, too much too long.
I laughed my head off when McSteamy said " at least you don't have to feel guilty about it now".
