I can't believe its been 10 hours and no one has posted anything on "3 Minutes"!!

I am hearing "Desmond" in the boat. Anyone else?

Sayid is my new favorite bad-ass on TV... of course no one comes close to Jack Bauer, but Sayid is quickly making ground. I hope next week he gets to go medieval on Michael.

Oh, and best line of the night... Sawyer: "At least now we get to kill somebody."

I totally called the boat thing. God im a genius. I agree I think its desmond.

Yeah, but you called the wrong boat, but I still think you're a genius.

We've all heard by now that Desmond is in the finale, I think Libby as well. Do you think he was trying to escape but the island sucked him back in?

So no one told Michael he had to kill Ana and Libby. That was all him. I was feeling sympathetic after hearing Walt beg him for help, but he could have found a different way, but then the producers couldn't get rid of her.

Sayid has my vote for manliest man.

that part shocked me the most.

Question: Was Michael only gone about a week in Lost time?? While he was with the Others he said something about them having him for a weekasking him all kinds of question and he knew they were going to kill him. I really thought it was much longer than that.

Personally I was hoping for the explanation whawha mentioned the other day:

my bet: They see Walt coming down the beach. Except now he's 20 years old.

That explains all the different time period stuff in the hatches. The
island slips in and out of time.

My favorite thing that Sawyer said last night was when Jack was asking him why he was telling him about Ana Lucia and Sawyer replied, Well, Doc, you're the closest thing I have to a friend out here.

The others' camp was so sterile--very cold and eerie. I hope that next season explains why they are like they are. Then again, hoping for explanations for this show is futile...

And I am confused. Was this the season finale, or is it next week? Too many finales lately and I'm all mixed up.

Oh, I forgot to answer your question, Deltoro... To be honest, I have no idea! Last night was so confusing with them jumping from 1 day back to 14 days back to 7 days back to today. I had a hard time trying to figure out now, when did this exactly happen? This was before that? I could have really used a timeline print-out to go along with this episode...

Who knew, the Others live in yurts.

Finale is next week. 2 hours!

Well. Walt yelled to Michael that "They aren't who they say they are...they're pretending" or something like that. Which is consistent with what Kate found in the other hatch...costumes and fake beards etc.

best line of the episode...Sawyer to Jack (after Jack tells Sayid that he can't help find Walt)

"Well him says even though Pippi Longstocking and the damn Grape Ape are ideal candidates for the dirty dozen, well I'm just gonna say it, you might want to bring the red beret."

I love Sawyer's one-liners.

Anything that Sawyer says is classic. The show doesn't happen for me unless he's on screen.

Also love Sawyer's one-liners, but would have to say that my favorite part of the episode was Jack's horrified look when Sawyer told him he considered him a friend.

Did anyone else think it was weird that the Others are living in these filthy Mad Max style shacks, yet the Other who took the sample of Michael's blood had a (presumably) sterile syringe and plastic bag? Do you think they were forced to leave the medical hatch (where Claire was taken) because of something gone awry with the Hanso Foundation/Dharma Project, and are now living the way they are, or is there a deeper layer to Walt's comment about the Others not being who they say they are?
