met Austin at Kleinfeld's yesterday

Hi everyone...just wanted to let you know I met Austin from PR Season One yesterday at Kleinfeld's in NYC. He had a trunk show there with all of his new bridal gowns. Austin was soooo humble and sweet to me. In there you can't really take pics of the dresses, but I was able to get a photo of just me and him without any dresses. Then when my cousin went out into the big room, he helped her make decisions, was completely open to her ideas/criticisms of his dress. She wanted to mix the two designs together and he was so excited to hear her feedback. I was just in shock that he was so positive about her new ideas about one of his dresses. I hope all of the designers turn out to be as pleasant and successful as him!

He was my favorite in season 1. I still think his cornhusk dress is one of the best designs from ANY season. And I just loved when he modeled for Jay. The guy was very entertaining and talented, nice to know he's friendly too.

I was bummed I didn't have a camera.

In other Project Runway related sightings, I just heard Angela was selling her rosette stuff at the Detroit Festival of the Arts this weekend.

I knew there was a reason I should've gone this year.
