Sweet Tea in Atlanta, anyone? -

Hola gasmii...
My tenure in Alaska is almost up, and I'll be headed back to the Peach State (Georgia!) in late August. Am I the only Southerner amongst us? Surely not...
Anyway, give a shout if you like your tea sweetened and let's try to set something up.
I live in Nashville, but I like my tea unsweetened, thank you very much. Sugar = empty calories. This may have something to do with me being a displaced yankee.
Just moved to a 'burb NE of Atlanta last March (from the Chicago area - hubby's job-transfer) and now living a life of leisure (the the time being) , so I'd be up for Gasmii-tini with you guys...um, I mean, "ya'll". I like my tea with Splenda, and mixed with lemonade and vodka.
Hi, just read the last page. Is this about southerners? I am a transplanted New Yorker (who isn't) living in Virginia. After about 20 years I am finally starting to like it here. VA is a really pretty state. Anyway, I have a question. Is there anyway to lose weight without giving up wine (at least a glass or two) and exercising? I've cut my food intake to under 1,000 calories per day, but still no results. I only want to lose about 10 pounds. I used to teach preschool, so that kept me pretty active, but lately I developed panic attacks when I leave the house and sometimes my room. I hate to excercise. I love team sports, because that seems like it has a purpose. But just getting on a machine is soooo boring. Any suggestions? Do any of those diet pills work? What about cleansing? Is this the right forum? If not, so sorry.
