What about Dr. Cudy? Talk about a butterface... oops wrong thread for that remark.

Holla back at ya! Who would be geeky enough to count down, or write it down on their calendar, program their recording device, and or set their alarm clock. Uh, umm, definitely not me *cough*.

Aww, ScotyUtah why no love for Cuddy? I like her character: strong woman with awesome "fun bags", standing up to House (once in a while).

Cameron on the other hand, bleh. Why didn't she get some awful disease? I thought she might have potential after she got all slutty with Chase...but now, not so much.

Still, can't wait for the premiere and for those recaps. Not that I'm that geeky or anything

So, House is back. And not a moment too soon, I say. Some of the topics in the forums were getting mighty um, thin on substance, shall we say.

Anywho, what did everyone think? And by everyone, of course, I mean msCCRN, ScotyUtah and copygodd. I liked it. I thought it was good and I'm glad there was finally some development with the whole House/Cameron thing. I know everyone pretty much hates the character of Cameron, but I think the writers are doing a better job with that character and making her more consistent. Maybe the actress is getting better, too. Either way, I found the character much more tolerable this episode.

So, yeah...

I wasn't haterating on Cuddy, just saying her face isn't all that (to me). But she looks good in a nightie...

Thin on substance? See what happens when I take the weekend off!?! Anyhow, last night's show was great. House the skateboarder! Who would've thunk it? I guess I'm not nearly as annoyed by Cameron as certain bloggers we know. House is going to find out about the miracle cure (for wheel chair water polo guy) and I'm looking forward to him playing Cuddy when he does.

I was a little annoyed by the "new and improved" House. I thought one of the premises of this show was that because of his superior intellect and logical thinking, House never even had to see or talk to a patient in order to diagnose their illness.
Did I not see in the premiere episode, House with a stethoscope in his ears ACTUALLY listening to a patient's chest (the horror)? He was actually TOUCHING and TALKING to patients and their families?

I am somewhat relieved to see that he is in pain and once again falling into the arms of his beloved Vicodin for solace. The cane comes out of the golf bag, and it looks like the old House may be back.

I am not sure where they are going with the Wilson/Cuddy we have to teach House some humility angle. What do you guys think (guess I'm talking to Mulv, ScotyUtah, and Copygodd)?

even though my recap killed, this week's ep was kind of boring. it's good to see house back on the cane, though. not to mention the drugs. i like my heroes conflicted. and drug-addled.

did i mention my recap killed?

Are you talking about the rectal bleeding episode or the old-man-wants-to-die episode? If you're talking about the rectal bleeding epsiode, I concur. That was a dull episode. It was like a non-event. Nothing happened and there seemed to be no cohesive storyline propelling the episode forward. Who wrote that one? I should look that up because I've noticed that I like epsiodes written by certain writers much more than others. For instance, Lawrence Kaplow has written quite a few of my fav. House eps. like Autopsy and Detox. Anyway, hold on; I'll go check. Hmm, actually the anal bleeding episode featured a teleplay written by Russel Friend & Garrett Lerner with a story by Russel Friend, Garrett Lerner, Lawrence Kaplow & David Shore. It may be a case of too many cooks in the kitchen. Well, I don't know to what I should attribute that episodes suckage, but I do know that it sucked and House better get back on track ASAP. I have yet to love an episode this season.
